Talley Estate Syrah ‘21

This Rhône-style Syrah offers inky purple hues and brooding aromas of blueberry, smoked meat, and black pepper. The palate is dense yet fresh, with flavors of blackberry liqueur, olive tapenade, and bitter chocolate supported by velvety tannins (94 points). Aged 18 months in French oak (35% new), it finishes with peppery length. Decant 2 hours for grilled lamb chops or eggplant caviar to experience Central Coast Syrah at its finest.
