Talley Estate Chardonnay San Luis Obispo Coast ‘23

This cool-climate Chardonnay presents a brilliant straw hue and electric aromas of green apple, wet stone, and acacia blossom. The palate is crisp and focused, with flavors of citrus, pear, and a touch of saline minerality balanced by vibrant acidity (93 points). Aged 10 months in French oak (25% new), it finishes with impressive length. Perfect with raw shellfish or simply as a refreshing aperitif.
