From the cool Laurelwood District. Pale straw with green highlights, offering aromas of lemon zest, flint, and a whisper of vanilla. The palate is vibrant and precise, with flavors of green apple, wet stone, and a lingering citrus finish. Wine Advocate (91 pts) praises its "Chablis-like purity." Fermented in 20% new French oak - perfect with oysters or roasted chicken. Drink now-2027.
