Sourced from a single vineyard, this Pinot Noir from Rivers-Marie glows with a translucent ruby garnet color. The aromatics are incredibly perfumed and ethereal, rising from the glass with scents of ripe raspberry, black cherry, rose hip, and a nuanced forest floor earthiness. On the palate, it is elegantly structured with silky, fine-grained tannins and bright acidity that carries flavors of red plum, cola, and a touch of five-spice. The winemaking focuses on whole-cluster fermentation and native yeasts to create a wine of incredible transparency and site-specific character.
