Raptor Ridge Pinot Gris '23

From volcanic soils in the Chehalem Mountains. Pale gold with aromas of pear, wet stone, and a hint of honeysuckle. The palate is crisp yet textured, with flavors of yellow apple, almond skin, and a saline finish. Wine Spectator (90 pts) notes its "Alsatian-inspired structure." Stainless steel fermented - pair with Dungeness crab or goat cheese salads. Drink now-2025.
