This barrel-selection Pinot Noir presents deep ruby hues and intense aromas of black cherry, violet, and baking spices. The palate is powerful yet refined - flavors of plum, dark chocolate, and exotic spices unfold across velvety tannins (94 points). Aged 16 months in French oak (50% new), it finishes with minute-long persistence. Decant for herb-crusted lamb or wild mushroom tart.
