Unlike many reserve bottlings that lean into heavy oak, this vintage is defined by its vibrant acidity and mineral frame, having been fermented almost entirely in stainless steel and concrete. Aromas give a refreshing combination of lemon oil, tangy lime, and mixed citrus, with complex secondary notes of saline, toasted filberts, and fresh herbs.
