Lucy Pico Blanco is a vibrant, cool-climate white blend of Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc sourced from Monterey County’s Santa Lucia Highlands and Arroyo Seco. Pale straw in color, it opens with bright aromas of lemon zest, orange blossom, and florals. The palate is layered with ripe pear, peach, Gravenstein apple, and crushed stone, balanced by zesty acidity and a broad, textured mouthfeel from the Pinot Blanc. Fermented with native yeasts in neutral barrels and bottled unfined, Pico Blanco reflects the purity and finesse of Monterey’s coastal terroir—marked by fog, wind, granite soils, and ancient riverbeds.
