From Paso Robles' limestone soils, this Cabernet Sauvignon shows opaque purple tones and bold aromas of blackberry, mocha, and crushed pepper. Native yeast fermentation and aging in French/American oak create impressive depth - flavors of plum skin, espresso, and Mediterranean herbs earned 92 points. The finish unfolds with vanilla and dried sage, best enjoyed with grilled ribeye or lamb kebabs to experience its sun-drenched intensity.
