Montesecondo Chianti Classico '22

This Sangiovese from Castellina in Chianti glows with translucent ruby tones and explosive aromas of sour cherry, violets, and freshly tilled earth. Fermented in concrete and aged in large Slavonian casks, it achieves perfect balance with flavors of red currant, blood orange, and crushed herbs that scored 92 points. The finish lingers with clay and wild fennel, making it an exceptional pairing for bistecca alla Fiorentina or mushroom pappardelle.
