Mas de Boislauzon VdF Chaussynette Rosé ‘24

From Grenache grown on Châteauneuf's famous galets roulés, this serious rosé shimmers with a deep salmon-copper hue. The nose bursts with aromas of white peach, red currant, and garrigue herbs with a subtle flinty reduction. The palate offers uncommon concentration - flavors of strawberry, tangerine, and crushed stone unfold with textured weight and refreshing acidity (5.9 g/L TA) that earned 92 points from Decanter. Fermented and aged 6 months in concrete eggs, this 14% alcohol rosé finishes with a pleasant phenolic grip. Pair with bouillabaisse or paella - the 2023 vintage shows incredible depth for a pink wine.
