Makarounas 'En Arhi' Cabernet Franc ‘24

Jammy red and black fruit with an earthiness and vegetal quality. 100% Cabernet Franc from 35 year old ungrafted vines at an altitude of 400-600 meters. Vineyards are influenced by the warm Mediterranean climate and considerable rainfall. Soil consists of crystal gypsum, clay, and limestone. 14-day maceration, fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Aged for 8 months on the lees in tank.
