The 2023 Maison des Saules B.A.Ba Rouge is a natural Gamay produced in the Jura region of France. It is crafted by Marc Lacroix and Anne Cécile Daubigney, former sommeliers who trained under Jura legends like François Rousset-Martin. Features high-toned, fresh aromatics typical of cool-climate Gamay, with vibrant notes of wild strawberry, red cherry, and crushed raspberries. Characterized by a "pure and juicy" mouthfeel. It displays bright red fruit flavors with a clean, energetic acidity and very fine, supple tannins. A fresh, uplifting finish that emphasizes fruit purity and a subtle mineral undertone from its Jura terroir.
