Lubanzi Sauvignon Blanc is a vibrant and complex wine made from 90% Sauvignon Blanc and 10% Colombard, with a unique 30-day skin contact for the Colombard that adds tropical fruit flavors and a juicy, succulent palate. The wine showcases fresh citrus notes, tropical fruits like guava, kiwi, peach, and apricot, along with hints of lemongrass and thyme. Grown in shale soils near the Swartland region, the wine is naturally fermented, handpicked, and spends four months on the lees to enhance texture and weight. It offers lively acidity, with additional notes of granadilla, yellow stone fruit, and a lingering touch of banana peel, creating a fresh, bright finish.
