L'Ecole No. 41 Columbia Chenin Blanc '23

This old-vine Chenin Blanc offers a brilliant straw hue and vibrant aromas of quince, honeydew, and wet stone. The palate is crisp yet textured - flavors of yellow apple, almond, and a touch of lanolin balanced by bright acidity (92 points). Fermented dry with extended lees contact, it finishes with stony length. A world-class white - pair with roasted chicken or rich seafood dishes.
