Kraemer Muller Thurgau Silex '18

A fascinating expression of this often-overlooked variety, this German Müller-Thurgau offers aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, and wet slate with subtle herbal undertones. The palate is medium-bodied yet vibrant, with flavors of ripe pear, lemon verbena, and a distinctive flinty minerality that earned 90 points. Fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts, it finishes clean and refreshing. An excellent alternative to Riesling that pairs beautifully with spicy Asian cuisine or freshwater fish.
