Il Sasso Valpolicella Classico 2023 is a light, vibrant red made from 45% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, and 25% Rondinella, grown organically on limestone-rich terraces in Valpolicella. With fragrant aromas of red cherries and plums, it delivers tart red berry flavors, refreshing acidity, and a subtle mineral edge. Fermented spontaneously with native yeasts and bottled unfined and unfiltered, this 11.5% ABV wine is a pure, joyful expression of Valpolicella. Aged in stainless steel, it’s best served slightly chilled and pairs beautifully with pizza, charcuterie, or light meats—ideal for warm-weather sipping.
