Hyland Estates Riesling '23

This dry Riesling from volcanic soils presents a pale straw hue and electric aromas of lime, green apple, and crushed rock. The palate is laser-focused, with flavors of citrus, peach, and a distinctive mineral character balanced by spine-tingling acidity (92 points). Fermented to bone-dry perfection at 12% alcohol, it finishes with incredible persistence. Perfect with oysters or simply as a contemplative aperitif.
