Hyland Estates Chardonnay ‘23

From Oregon's oldest continuously farmed vineyard, this Dundee Hills Chardonnay presents a brilliant gold hue and complex aromas of baked apple, lemon curd, and toasted hazelnut. The palate is rich yet precise, with flavors of pear tart, brioche, and a touch of struck match gliding across creamy texture (93 points). Aged 10 months in French oak (25% new), it finishes with impressive mineral length. At 13.5% alcohol, it strikes perfect balance - decant briefly for Dungeness crab or roasted chicken.
