A glou-glou Gamay from organic vines, this wine glows with vivid purple-ruby tones and an irresistible nose of crushed blackberry, lilac, and black pepper. The palate is juicy and bright, with flavors of blueberry, pomegranate, and a touch of earth that scored 90 points. Carbonic maceration in concrete tanks preserves primary fruit at 12% alcohol, with barely-there tannins. The fresh finish shows a hint of salinity. Perfect slightly chilled with charcuterie or barbecue chicken to highlight its drinkability and verve.
