This Central Coast Pinot Noir offers translucent ruby hues and aromas of cherry, rose petal, and fresh earth. The palate is light yet intense - flavors of raspberry, blood orange, and subtle spice glide across silky tannins (88 points). Aged 10 months in French oak (25% new), it finishes with refreshing acidity. A superb value alternative to Burgundy - pair with grilled salmon.
