Foris Rogue Valley Pinot Blanc '23

A rare Oregon Pinot Blanc from the Illinois Valley. Pale straw with green flecks, it offers aromas of green apple, wet stone, and a hint of chamomile. The palate is lean and mineral-driven, with flavors of lemon pith, raw almond, and a saline kick (Wine Spectator 90 pts). Stainless steel fermented; ideal with oysters or goat cheese salads (drink now–2025).
