From one of Morgon's most prestigious lieux-dits, this Cru Beaujolais displays translucent ruby hues and an ethereal nose of wild strawberry, peony, and crushed granite. The winemaker's semi-carbonic maceration in concrete tanks preserves vibrant fruit character while allowing the wine's mineral core to shine through. Flavors of red cherry, blood orange, and a striking stony minerality earned 95 points. The endless finish lingers with rose petal and white pepper.
