Crafted by winemaker Mark Tarlov, this cool-climate Sonoma Chardonnay shows pale gold reflections and aromas of green apple, chamomile, and wet river rocks. Neutral oak aging and weekly bâtonnage accentuate terroir - crisp flavors of quince, raw almond, and mineral edge earned 93 points for racy acidity and depth. The finish echoes sea spray and lemon zest, perfect with oysters or crab salad to highlight coastal purity.
