This 90-point Cahors Malbec shows the variety's Old World roots. The 2020 vintage offers aromas of black plum, violet and graphite. The medium-full bodied palate delivers flavors of dark cherry, licorice and a touch of earth, with firm tannins and bright acidity. Aged 12 months in French oak, it finishes with herbal and mineral notes. Pair with duck confit or mushroom dishes.
