Bishop's Peak Chardonnay ‘23

This Central Coast Chardonnay offers aromas of golden apple, lemon curd, and toasted almond. The palate is rich yet vibrant, with flavors of pear, brioche, and a touch of vanilla balanced by bright acidity (90 points). Aged 10 months in French oak (30% new), it pairs beautifully with roast chicken or lobster rolls.
