This Bordeaux-style white presents a brilliant straw hue and vibrant aromas of citrus, stone fruit, and crushed flint. The palate is crisp yet textured - flavors of grapefruit, pear, and a touch of almond balanced by bright acidity (91 points). Fermented in neutral oak with extended lees contact, it finishes with impressive length. Pair with oysters or simply enjoy as an aperitif.
